Big Changes are a comin....

There are a lot of changes going on at our house. My Mom and Sister got their own apartment and are moving out AGAIN this weekend. It's a good change and I am happy for both of them to have their own place.

We have a bungalow and since the girls were smaller, Marvin and I gave them our room upstairs so they could all fit and have room to play. Now that we have 2 rooms available, Ashlee is moving to the basement in Kelsey's room next to Matthew, Lauren is getting my Mom's room, Lyndsey is getting mine and Marvin's room, and Marvin and I are going back upstairs to our original room! WHEW!!! The bad part about all that is that I messed up my back last week and I am still on the mend. I could hardly walk across the room let alone move things around, so that hampers everything a bit. There is so much to do that it's a bit overwhelming, but everyone is pitching in so hopefully it will all go smoothly!

There is also a lot going on at Marvin's work and we are not sure yet what is going to happen. The worse thing is that he may lose his job and the best thing is that we may relocate out of Michigan. PLEASE pray that God's will be done...not OURS!

Next week, Lyndsey starts the procedures for braces. She is in phase one, which is an expander for 6 months. She's excited and Lauren is not, because she also needs braces but I can only afford one kid at a time.

Plus, we are gearing up for the new school year which begins in a little over a month. I have to save up for the school supplies, which get bigger every year times 4!! What happened to the days where you went to school with paper and pencils?!!!

So, that's about it for now. Hope everyone is well and having a good week.

You sure do sound busy!! That's great that everyone will have their own room now, enjoy it!

Wow, I hope that everything turns out well with Marvin's job. I am hoping and praying that Jason gets offered a job in Texas, he has a little bit of a foot in the door thanks to my Dad, and I know if it's supposed to happen, it will. I just hope that it IS something that is meant to be, because I REALLY want to move down there and be with my family.

And hey, you should SEE the list of school supplies I have to buy for Indy and Mateo, since they go to Montessorri, it's not state funded so the parents have to provide A LOT of stuff! It's ridiculous, and so expensive. Plus they have to wear uniforms, too. I know what you mean about having to save up for the beginning of the school year!
